QZY Models Showcases KPF-Designed Greenview Shenzhen Baishizhou Project
This project, from the initial conceptualization phase to the final delivery and approval, has undergone a six-month journey. During the early design phase, 6 different 3D-printed white block models were created for evaluation.
The detailed model, scaled at 1:500, was produced upon selecting the final design. After 15 days of intensive work, it perfectly showcased the design achievements of the project, receiving unanimous praise from the client. The presented model will serve as the basis for the actual implementation chosen by the client.

The model comprises four towers and a podium, with the tallest tower reaching 400 meters. The surrounding apartment buildings are represented in wooden block form.
The focus of this display is on the design of the office building and commercial podium. The model was carefully evaluated and decided to be produced at a 1:500 scale to ensure convenience for transportation to the client's meeting room (as the model needs to be transported via a dedicated freight elevator and must remain intact) while highlighting all the essential design details envisioned by KPF.

The model's facade employs advanced CNC three-dimensional carving technology to precisely replicate irregular facade details envisioned by KPF at a reduced 1:500 scale. The facade's structural framework employs CNC cutting, laser cutting, and 3D printing processes, with a metal spray-paint effect. The meticulously polished structure is proof of precise craftsmanship.
The strategic use of colors such as matte, wood, champagne gold, sparkling silver, and pearl white creates a multi-dimensional and visually stunning effect. After small sample testing at each key stage, combined with exquisite craftsmanship, the final model is a perfect fusion of art and technology, a masterpiece!
The landscape components utilize premium imported maple wood veneer, and landscape sculptures are 3D-printed and colored to resemble natural landscapes. Model figures and vehicles are presented with a wooden effect to complement the overall style. Trees and grass ensure a basic light gray-green color tone. Trees are handcrafted metal wire trees, ensuring each tree's form is unique and closer to nature.
The model features internal translucent lighting effects with a color temperature of 4500K.
